<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device for an image forming apparatus, which allows a handle member for transport to be provided by using an opening in the image forming apparatus, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The transport device includes a handle member 10, which is freely attachably and detachably mounted to the image forming apparatus body through the opening 3 in a state where a recording medium storage container which is freely attachably and detachably mounted to the image forming apparatus body is removed through an opening 3 for attachment/detachment provided on one side of the image forming apparatus body 1, and around which a hand of a worker transporting the image forming apparatus body is hooked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
