<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a vacuum suction nozzle is electrically charged by friction with air and a small-sized and lightweight electronic component is blown off from an adsorbed position by a repulsion force with the static-electricity of the charged vacuum suction nozzle in a process of mounting the component to induce the electrostatic breakage of the electronic component in the worst case. <P>SOLUTION: The contamination, the electrostatic breakage and the blow-off of the electronic component caused by the adhesion of dust and dirt to the electrostatic-charged vacuum suction nozzle 1 can be prevented by using a vacuum suction nozzle assembly 7 in which a rear end 6 of the semi-conductive ceramic vacuum suction nozzle 1 with a suction surface 2 for vacuum-sucking an adsorbed object at a tip is adhered to an accepting part 11 of a conductive or semi-conductive flange 10 and the rear end 6 is adhered to the accepting part 11 with a conductive filler 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
