PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a reinforced rubber hose in which ejection of an inner layer rubber from a gap between reinforced layers is prevented without deterioration of adhesiveness between the inner layer rubber and the reinforced layer coated on a periphery thereof. SOLUTION: A periphery of a mandrel 6 is coated with an unvulcanized inner layer rubber 2, and a surface of the coated inner layer rubber 2 is irradiated with an electron beam 9 so that an exposure dose may be 20-40 kGy to be changed into a half-vulcanized state. Then, a periphery of the inner layer rubber 2 is coated with a reinforced layer 3, the reinforced layer 3 is coated with an outer layer rubber 4 to form a hose body 12, and the mandrel 6 is extracted after the hose body 12 is vulcanized.
