<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system for a vehicle having a plurality of voltage systems, which can stably supply power without causing any fault on a voltage system of a low voltage side even if a power converter fails due to short circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A breaker 11 is connected between a power converter 4 and a first voltage system 3 on a high voltage side, one end of a switch means SW is connected to one contact point p corresponding to the positions of the minimum number enabling to reach a voltage applied to a second voltage system 5 of a low voltage side, out of contact points among power storage devices C<SB>0</SB>-C<SB>7</SB>configuring the first power supply unit 6, and the other end side of the switch means SW is connected to the second voltage system 5 via a diode 12 for reverse flow prevention. Upon detecting a failure of the power converter 4, the power supply control means 13 causes the breaker 11 to disconnect the power converter 4 from the first voltage system 3 and turns on the switch means SW to supply a voltage adapted to the voltage of the second voltage system 5 from a first power supply unit 6 to the second voltage system 5.
