PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of preventing generation of abnormal noise generated by vibration in an exterior panel removably attached onto a housing of the electronic apparatus by a hook mechanism. SOLUTION: The exterior panel 132, in such a state that it is mounted on the housing 11 of the electronic apparatus by the hook mechanism 15, is structured by interposing an elastic body 16 between a rear face of the exterior panel 132 and a surface of the housing 11. The exterior panel 132 is provided with a rear face plate 136 and an opening at a position corresponding to a switch. The rear face plate 136 is formed with an opening at a position corresponding to the switch as well as a plurality of through-holes at a position not corresponding to the switch. Between the exterior panel 132 and the rear face plate 136, an elastic sheet 18 is inserted, and an operation button is formed by swelling the elastic sheet 18 at the opening, and the elastic body 16 is formed by projecting the elastic sheet 18 at the through-hole.
