<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame of a welded structure with closed section which does not largely open or break at a welded portion of the frame when an external force is added to crush the frame at the time of collision or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the frame of the welded structure having a closed section structure, opening end edges of two frame members 1a, 1c made of aluminum alloy having opening sections are welded with each other, whereby an internal reinforcing material 5 is provided in the interior. The internal reinforcing material 5 is composed of a plate material 5b and a reinforcing member 5a inserted in a plurality of incisions formed on the plate material 5b.
