<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleed type gas turbine increasing a bleed air flow rate and enabling stable operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bleed type gas turbine engine 1 is a device making an air flow in a compressor 10, making air compressed by the compressor 10 flow in a combustor 11 and taking out the ar as energy, and rotating a turbine 12 by combustion gas in the combustor 11, and includes a steam injection device 18 injecting steam to the turbine 12. An operating point of the compressor is moved to a direction increasing air flow rate by steam injection, and a bleed air flow rate is increased since a turbine flow rate characteristic line moves in air flow rate reduction direction.
