<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a reception device which can attain miniaturization of a substrate for mounting the reception device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tuner unit 11 of the reception device 3 has a first substrate 22 mounting a tuner circuit unit which converts a high frequency signal to an intermediate frequency signal, and a body unit 12 has a second substrate 31 mounting a circuit unit which performs predetermined processing for the intermediate frequency signal. The second substrate 31 is attached to a first plane FS of a substrate fixing material 41 with a plane. A third substrate 61 is attached on a second plane BS of the substrate fixing material 41. An arm unit 415, which supports a chassis 23 so that the tuner unit 11 is higher than the second substrate 31 regarding to height from the first plane FS, is formed on the substrate fixing material 41.
