<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment having a shielding case for effectively shielding electronic components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone includes a packaging-type shielding case 31 covering a first electronic components group 30A implemented on a main substrate 23. The packaging-type shielding case 31 includes a shield frame 41 implemented onto the main substrate 23 and a shield cover 43 attached to the shield frame 41. The shield frame 41 includes a suction pad 41c extending from the crowning of a sidewall 41a surrounding the first electronic components group 30A. The suction pad 41c adjoins an electronic component 29 that generates relatively much electromagnetic wave noises in the first electronic components group 30A. The top board 43a of the shield cover 43 includes a finger section 43c whose circumference is subjected to shear except a part thereof at a part piled up on the suction pad 41c to be bent toward the main substrate 23 side to abut on the suction pad 41c.
