<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet which hardly allows microbubbles to enter an adhesive layer to inhibit the rise of haze, and to provide a method of manufacturing the electromagnetic wave shield sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: According to the electromagnetic wave shield sheet, an aluminum pattern layer 12 is formed on one surface of a transparent base material 10 via a transparent adhesive layer 11. The surface 12a of the aluminum pattern layer that is closer to the transparent base material shows the ratio of a diffused light reflection factor (R<SB>SCE</SB>) to a full light reflection factor (R<SB>SCI</SB>) of ≤0.4, the ratio (R<SB>SCE</SB>/R<SB>SCI</SB>) being measured in conformity with JIS Z8722.
