<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and long-life directly connector-bonding-type circuit board with a connector, which do not degrade even under a large number of insertion/pulling-out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An assembly of a circuit board 103 and a connector body 101 directly bonded onto the circuit board each having a substantially equal size, can be achieved by steps of: adding a separate holding member (housing 106) between the connector body 101 and the circuit board 103, which holds the connector 101 and the circuit board 103 with its side surfaces; and providing a space between the connector 101 and the circuit board 103 while stably fixing the connection portion of the connector with the holding member.
