<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for forming a circuit of a non-standard wiring pattern from a standard wiring pattern, and to stabilize a quality as well. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This non-standard wiring pattern creating system 1 cuts off the standard wiring pattern, which is a predetermined wiring pattern formed on a printed circuit board 7, to create wirings of the non-standard wiring pattern. This system has a manufacturing terminal 4 for creating data for automatic wirings indicating a cut portion of the wiring pattern from non-standard wiring pattern data input via an input part and a laser marker 5 for cutting off the wiring pattern at the cut portion more shallowly than the thickness of the printed circuit board 7 by a laser for laser marking based on data for automatic wirings.
