<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a humidity conditioning member and a fitting component for fitting the humidity conditioning member, which facilitate fitting work of the humidity conditioning member and are applicable to even a brittle humidity conditioning member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fitting structure of the humidity conditioning member wherein a humidity conditioning member 20 is fitted to an inner wall 12 of an electric-electronic apparatus storage box 1 made of a magnetic material, includes a fitting component 30 which includes a pair of holding plates 32a and 32b, an urging member 33 for urging the pair of holding plates 32a and 32b so as to bring front ends of the pair of holding plates 32a and 32b close to each other, and a magnet 31 fixed to one of the pair of holding plates 32a and 32b. The humidity conditioning member 20 is fitted to the inner wall 12 of the electric-electronic apparatus storage box 1 by being held between the pair of holding plates 32a and 32b of the fitting component 30 which is fixed to the inner wall 12 of the electric-electronic apparatus storage box 1 by a magnetic force of the magnet 31.
