<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of correcting automatically offset of an infrared sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An output signal from an infrared sensor part 1 is measured by a sensor output measuring part 2. A necessary sensor output is selected from the measured sensor output by a sensor output selection part 3, and the sensor output is stored in a sensor output storage part 4. This measuring device 100 corrects automatically offset of the infrared sensor 1 by a sensor offset correction part 5 based on data in the sensor output storage part 4.
