摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate disinfection treatment and sterilization treatment, and to enhance sealing performance, in a fluid injection structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pipe member 110 integrally molded with a fluid chamber 114 having an outer wall 113 variable in a direction with the inside of a pipe contracted, a nozzle 120 integrally molded at the end of the pipe member 110 and injecting fluid according to a variation of the outer wall of the fluid chamber 114, and a piezoelectric element 115 varying the outer wall 113 of the fluid chamber 114 are provided in a flow passage with fluid supplied from a pressure pump 20 made to flow from a base end to a tip. The piezoelectric element 115 is arranged to cover the whole periphery of the outer wall 113 of the fluid chamber 114. The pipe member 110 is integrally molded with the fluid chamber 114 by hollow molding for injecting a pressurized fluid. That is, one pipe having a closed tip is set on a die and the pressurized fluid is injected therein, thereby swelling an outer wall between an inlet flow passage 111 and an outlet flow passage 112 along the die to integrally mold the fluid chamber 114.
