<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device configured to separate dust-oil contents in rainwater, which is improved so that the intake water quantity and intake omission quantity in relation to the inflow quantity of rainwater are visualized, initial rainwater high in contamination of an intake water surface is eliminated, not only rainwater but also household effluent such as washing water is simultaneously filtered, and prevention of device breakage by falling of rainwater from a high-rise floor, reduction in noise, and separation of oil content are attained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the device shown in Fig.1, transparent pipes are partially used in an upper pipe, a lower pipe, and a rainwater extraction pipe as shown in Fig.2 to visualize the water intake state. A hole is bored in a water storage plate of a water storage part, and a valve element made of water absorptive resin (or rubber) is attached thereto to cut initial rainwater by the principle of contraction and expansion thereof. The device includes a household effluent inlet pipe as shown in Fig.4 (not shown), and a plurality of plate-like bodies as shown in Fig.5 (not shown) is inserted to moderate the rainwater falling speed. The water storage plate is inserted to the side surface of the device at an acute angle as shown in Fig.6 (not shown) to increase the water depth of the rainwater extraction pipe, whereby the intake of oil content is reduced.
