PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene polymer capable of obtaining a polymer composition being excellent in fuel consumption-saving property, a polymer composition in which the conjugated diene polymer and a filler are contained, and to provide a method for manufacturing the conjugated diene polymer. SOLUTION: The conjugated diene polymer has a conjugated diene unit and a silicon-containing constitution unit, and in the polymer, at least one terminal of the polymer is modified by -NR<SP>1</SP>(R<SP>2</SP>), a hydroxyl group or a (substituted) hydrocarbyl group by a specific silicon-containing compound. In the polymer composition, the conjugated diene polymer and the filler are contained. The method for manufacturing the conjugated diene polymer is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
