PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method for easily and safely recovering a volatile organic compound from waste including the volatile organic compound, and also to provide a recovery apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: In the recovery method of the volatile organic compound, a container containing a volatile organic compound solution which is one of the mixture of the plurality of volatile organic compounds, the mixture of the volatile organic compound and a resin, and the mixture of the plurality of volatile organic compounds and the resin is heated by induction heating.
