<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively chargeable toner used for an image forming apparatus using an a-Si photoreceptor, the toner having excellent image qualities and preventing scratches or deposition on the photoreceptor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The positively chargeable toner used for an image forming apparatus using an amorphous silicon photoreceptor comprises toner base particles containing at least a binder resin and a colorant, and a plurality of external additives, wherein the external additives comprise silica fine particles (A) having a BET specific surface area of 50 to 250 m<SP>2</SP>/g measured by a nitrogen adsorption method and containing nitrogen of 1,000 to 2,000 ppm, and inorganic fine particles (B) having a volume average particle size D50 of 0.2 to 3.5 μm and a Mohs hardness scale of 7 to 14.
