<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize winning device, such as an electric tulip, further raising interest of a player by variation of illuminating modes caused by motion of a movable body and to provide a game machine using the prize winning device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A movable arm 71 constitutes a part of a front decoration portion 11. A direction changing portion 71a (especially a player side end portion 71d) of the movable arm 71 is positioned in a space formed by an oval shape body portion 11a of the front decoration portion 11 and wall portions 11b, 11b downward projecting from both ends of the body portion 11a. A pair of movable arm support shafts 71c, 71c in parallel with a game board 101 are provided to project toward both outside of the movable arm 71. The movable arm support shafts 71c, 71c are inserted into a pair of movable arm support shaft inserting holes 11c, 11c formed in the front decoration portion 11.
