<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a reading voltage by not applying a reading pulse to an element isolating impurity region while keeping transfer directions of charges read from a sensor part in the same direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wiring structure is provided wherein island-like transfer electrodes 141 are electrically connected with shunt wiring 143 and 144 vertically divided into two between lines.
