<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily and conveniently usable shield cover for enhancing a mechanical strength of a set even when a display apparatus is reduced in thickness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thin display apparatus includes a base chassis in which a display member is arranged on the front surface and a unit for drive and control of the display apparatus is arranged on the rear surface and a plurality of frames arranged in parallel on the rear surface of base chassis.
