PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nanocomposite powdery particles immobilized with an ionic liquid, high in the content of the ionic liquid and high in dispersibility. SOLUTION: The nanocomposite powdery particles with siloxane linkages as the main skeleton, containing an ionic liquid, is provided, which are obtained by the following process: An acid or alkali is added to a reaction material solution including an alkoxysilane, the ionic liquid, a fluoroalkyl-containing oligomer represented by general formula (1), and a reaction solvent to hydrolyze the alkoxysilane.
