The embodiment of the invention discloses a user network- wide tracing method, system and apparatus in network. The method involves: a user network- wide tracing task is activated according to user network- wide tracing task information sent by an element management system EMS; the said user network-wide tracking task is sent to an evolution base station through Sl link. In the embodiment of the invention, by sending the activated user network- wide tracking task using Sl link, the user network-wide tracking function in the network is realized.
