METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MACHINE DEVICE, AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE DEVICE MANUFACTURED BY SAME

To manufacture hollow parts such as a muffler and an accumulator which form a refrigeration cycle device, a circular tube-like member is cut into a predetermined length and opposite ends of the cut circular tube-like member are processed to obtain a hollow part which is provided with opposite end portions having a diameter less than the diameter of the cut circular tube-like member.  The opposite end portions and connecting piping are joined to each other while a barrel portion and the opposite end portions of the hollow part are cooled, and this prevents the material strength of the circular tube-like member from reducing.
