<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifically, quickly and simply detecting a substance such as a compound for introducing a binding between AhR and ARNT, which simply detects the substance by a simple constitution without using an antibody-antigen reaction and a cultured cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting a compound introducing a binding between AhR and ARNT includes (1) bringing a test substance into contact with AhR and ARNT and a detecting nucleic acid comprising continuous 25-100 bases containing at least a part of sequence number 1 in double strand in a solution and (2) detecting a binding between the test substance, AhR and ARNT and the detecting nucleic acid obtained by the contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
