<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate reception power of a downlink signal while using pilot symbols discontinuously mapped along the frequency axis and the time axis. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving apparatus includes a Fourier transform section 1042 for applying Fourier transformation on a downlink signal; an extraction section 1044 for extracting a reference signal included in a prescribed band from the Fourier-transformed signal; an inverse-Fourier transform section 1046 for generating a first signal having a first window size, by arranging reference signals on the frequency axis side by side and performing inverse-Fourier transformation on the reference signals; a time extraction section for extracting a signal contained in a second window, by dividing the first signal into a plurality of signals; an adjustment section for generating a second signal containing the signal contained in the second window and having a window size similar to that of the first window size; a Fourier transform section for generating a third signal by applying Fourier transformation on the second signal; and a reception power calculating section for calculating reception power, on the basis of the third signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
