<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble device which prevents liquid from leaking out from a gas discharge part when it falls down or otherwise by a simple structure while maintaining excellent gas permeability in a gas discharge part. <P>SOLUTION: The air bubble device 1 includes a container body 2 enclosing the liquid W, a gas supply part 3 for supplying a gas in the state of air bubbles P from the lower end side of the container body 2 into the liquid W, and a gas discharge part 4 for discharging the gas which has surfaced in the state of the air bubbles P inside the liquid W from the upper end side of the container body 2.
