PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed vibration control device for a novel structure having excellent reliability and durability and capable of attaining an effective vibration control effect and size reduction to a wider frequency area. SOLUTION: The passage length of an orifice passage 86 is variably constituted by relatively rotatably combining a second orifice member 54 with a first orifice member 52. While arranging a driven side magnetic pole 78 in the second orifice member 54, a driving part 120 forming a driving side magnetic pole 122 is arranged in an outdoor position opposed to the driven side magnetic pole 78 by sandwiching the wall of a balancing chamber 50. The passage length of the orifice passage 86 can be changed and set by transmitting a driving force to the second orifice member 54 using an actuator 88, using the magnetic force acting between the driving side magnetic pole 122 and the driven side magnetic pole 78.
