<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with the reproduction of high-quality moving images in which the reflection of contamination, or the like, is corrected by reproducing a moving image file, such as an MP4 file, while performing contamination correction processing, using contamination information. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor includes: a foreign matter information acquiring part for acquiring, from the moving image data input, foreign matter information containing the position and size of a foreign matter stuck to an optical element, disposed at the front of an imaging element in an imaging apparatus which has imaged the moving image data; a motion vector information acquiring part for acquiring the motion vector of a macroblock for which the moving image data are divided from the moving image data; a correction and reproduction part for correcting the degradation in image quality due to the foreign matter, on the basis of the obtained foreign matter information and reproducing the moving image data; and a determination part for determining whether or not to perform the foreign matter correction reproduction of the macroblock, on the basis of the motion vector of the macroblock matched with the position of the foreign matter in the moving image data to be reproduced by the correction and reproduction part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
