PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality adapter set hardly deteriorated in the load resistance of a socket for a straight-tube fluorescent lamp even if its height relation with a socket stand is changed. SOLUTION: The adapter set 10 is constituted of a socket 12 for a straight-tube fluorescent lamp, an adapter 11, and a subsidiary member 13. The adapter 11 has first fit-in grooves 20 formed on both side faces in its lamp axis direction to be mounted to a socket stand 2 of a lighting fixture, and the socket 12 for a straight-tube fluorescent lamp is insertion-mounted to an inside of the adapter 11. The mounting of the socket on the adapter 11 is carried out from a lamp-mounting direction of the socket 12 for the straight-tube fluorescent lamp, and the auxiliary member 13 is mounted from a rear-face side of the socket 12 for a straight-tube fluorescent lamp arranged in the same direction as the socket mounting direction, and insertion-coupled with the socket stand 2 through the first fit-in groove 20 of the adapter 11 and the auxiliary member 13.
