PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor capable of fixing the sensor with sufficient strength, and easy in its attachment-detachment. SOLUTION: A through-hole is respectively formed in fixing parts 10b, 13 and 12a of both the sensor 10 and sensor holders 12 and 11, and a pin 14 is inserted into both these through-holes so as to penetrate through both. A plurality of leg parts extending inward in the radial direction X in the shape of passing through a through-hole 12a1 of the other fixing part 12a, are arranged in the fixing parts 10b and 13 formed in the sensor 10, and these parts expand outward on its chip side in response to insertion of the pin 14. The expanded leg parts press the other fixing part 12a outward in the radial direction X on an inside end surface in the radial direction X. Thus, the other fixing part 12a is fixed in the shape of being sandwiched by the inside and outside in the radial direction X, and the sensor 10 is fixed to the sensor holders 12 and 11.
