PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic inductive power generation device which inhibits the drop of power generation quantity. SOLUTION: This electrostatic inductive power generation device 100 includes: a fixed substrate 11 and a fixed substrate 21 arranged to face each other; a movable substrate 31, which is arranged between the fixed substrate 11 and the fixed substrate 21 so as to face the fixed substrate 11 and the fixed substrate 21; electret films 32, 33, which are provided on each surface of the movable substrate 31; collectors 12, 13 provided on the surface of the fixed substrate 11; and collectors 22, 23 provided on the surface of the fixed substrate 21. The device is structured to generate electric power by the electrostatic induction caused by the relative movement between the fixed substrates 11, 21 and the movable substrate 31.
