PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of efficiently changing a set value (or image) to a predetermined set value (or image) in a short time. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a cursor operation means (cross key 16) which is operated for changing a set value including shutter speed, an aperture, exposure or ISO sensitivity, and a zooming operation means (zoom dial 13) which is operated for changing an angle of a field. The apparatus also includes a control means (controller 32) which changes a set value to an end value when the zooming operation means is manipulated during the operation of the cursor operation means.
