PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station positioning system which can compute a position of the mobile station 10 with sufficient accuracy, when positions of a plurality of base stations 12 are not known, and even when there are unknown time lags between the clocks of the base stations 12. SOLUTION: When the position information is known by a positioning part 62, the time lags of the clocks 40 having a plurality of the base stations 12 and positions are calculated based on the position information of the plurality of standard stations 11 which are capable of transmission-reception of a radio wave between the plurality of the base stations 12, and the reception time as a result of reception of the radio wave of transmission-reception of the radio wave between the plurality of the standard stations 11 and the plurality of the base stations 12. Furthermore, based on the positioning part 62, the position of the mobile station 10 is calculated based on the reception time as the reception result of the radio wave at transmission-reception of the radio wave between the mobile station 10 and the plurality of the base stations 12 and time lag information of the clocks 40 having the plurality of the calculated base stations 12 and the position information.
