PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment clamp device of a boring and end-face-machining apparatus capable of automatically executing the unclamping operation and the clamping operation when changing an attachment. SOLUTION: The attachment clamp device comprises a nose nut 152 which has a female screw part 156 to be screwed with a male screw part 155 formed on an outer circumferential surface of a spindle 24 of a boring and end-face-machining apparatus, converts the rotation of the spindle 24 into the vertical motion, and attachably/detachably fixes a body 80 of the attachment 20 to/from the spindle 24, and a locking device 154 to selectively change the nose nut 152 to be rotatable or non-rotatable.
