<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an airflow throughout the whole area of a blade. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second blast fan 13 and a second casing 16 are arranged at one end in a rotating shaft direction beyond a first blast fan 12 and a first casing 15. A first suction opening 15a is formed in the wall surface of the first casing 15 at one end in the rotating shaft direction, and a second suction opening 16a is formed in the wall surface of the second casing 16 at one end in the rotating shaft direction. A fixing member 14 for pressure-fitting a rotating shaft 11a and fixing the second blast fan 12 to the rotating shaft 11a is arranged between the first main plate 12b of the first blast fan 12 and the second main plate 13b of the second blast fan 13. A guide 18 guiding air sucked from the first suction opening 15a to the inner peripheral side of the first blast fan 12 to a plurality of first blades 12a is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the fixing member 14.
