<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device prevented from being contaminated and capable of preventing the following paper from being contaminated by preventing toner from adhering to a conveyor guide without requiring the addition of a large-scaled member such as a blower and without lowering the conveying performance and also provide an image forming device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fixing device comprises a fixing part for fixing the toner image transferred to the paper to the paper and one set of a pair of feed rollers which feed the paper on which the toner image is fixed at the fixing part to the outside of the device by nipping, feeding, and biasing the paper. A feed guide roller which has an axis on the generally same axis of the print side feed roller positioned on the surface side to which the toner of the paper is fixed among the pair of feed rollers and which guides the paper is freely rotatably installed independently of the print side feed roller.
