PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western-style toilet bowl which can supply appropriate flushing water in accordance with the conditions of a trap drainage canal. SOLUTION: The Western-style toilet bowl is provided with a bowl which receives excrement of a user, the trap drainage canal, and a water-supply means of flushing water. The trap drainage canal performs water stopping of the bowl and drain piping, and is connected to the drain piping which is arranged above the floor or under the floor. The water-supply means of flushing water performs water supply used for discharging accumulated water mixed with the excrement from the bowl to the drain piping. The Western-style toilet bowl is also provided with a flushing sequence switching means which enables the connection between the trap drainage canal and the drain piping to switch the operation of the water-supply means of flushing water to flushing sequence which is suitable for the above-floor state or the under-floor state.
