<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining a boiler fuel charge amount for correcting a fuel charge amount for a boiler to be adequate based on values after and before feedback correction in consideration of a change in the efficiency of the boiler while suppressing excessive charge of fuel into the boiler, for example, suppressing an increase in the amount of exhaust gas from the boiler or the thermal efficiency degradation of the boiler. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method is provided for finding a fuel charge amount to be supplied to the boiler from an input required load amount, supplying fuel to the boiler corresponding to the charge amount, additionally measuring steam pressure generated in the boiler, finding a feedback correction amount from the measured steam pressure and set steam pressure, and correcting the fuel charge amount for the boiler. It comprises finding a plurality of differences between a required load amount B and an input required load amount A for the boiler after and before feedback correction and storing them in sequence, finding a coefficient average value with running average of them and interpolating it with the required load amount, finding a fuel correction coefficient corresponding to a current required load amount, and correcting the fuel charge amount for the boiler, found from the required load amount B.
