<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment appropriately maintaining a connection state between a connector and an electronic component. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An FPC 41 of a cellular phone 1 is bent at a bending portion 41c in such a way that a non-mount surface 41e in a first area portion 41a and a non-mount surface 41e in a second area portion 41b are opposed to each other, and disposed while turning a mount surface 41d in the first area portion 41a toward a sub substrate 26. The cellular phone 1 includes a first connector 45 which is mounted on the mount surface 41d in the first area portion 41a and connected to a second connector 47 in the direction toward which the mount surface 41d in the first area portion 41a is turned. Furthermore, the cellular phone 1 includes an elastic member 43 energizing the first connector 45 to the second connector 47 via the first area portion 41a while being held between the non-mount surface 41e in the first area portion 41a and the non-mount surface 41e in the second area portion 41b.
