<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-function printer which prevents a second image forming unit from being contaminated with a first image forming material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multi-function printer 10 includes an offset printer 20 which forms an image on recording paper P with ultraviolet-setting ink A, a printer 30 which forms an image with toner B, a second ultraviolet irradiation device 74 which solidifies the ink A adhering on a photoreceptor 64 of the printer 30, and a cleaning device 80 which removes the ink A from the photoreceptor 64. After the printer 30 transfers the toner B from the photoreceptor 64 to the recording paper P, by the second ultraviolet irradiation device 74, the ink A remaining on an outer peripheral surface of the photoreceptor 64 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to solidify the ink A more. Then the solidified ink A is removed from the photoreceptor 64 by the cleaning device 80. Consequently, contamination of the photoreceptor 64 with the ink A is suppressed.
