<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a silencer 2 to a duct body 1 without using a clamp. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of branch pipes 10 respectively having tips slanting downwards and a pair of attachment pipes 20 having tips slanting downwards are inserted respectively, and the silencer 2 in an external form nearly of a letter U holds the duct body 1 as if hugging the same.
