<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a soil-cement body, constructing a soil-cement wall having a quality uniform in a depth direction by a considerably simple method by distributing the optimum amount of cement milk in each layer of a ground to be constructed to improve the mixing and agitating properties of the entire ground to be constructed and securing a predetermined quality in the depth direction when the soil-cement wall is constructed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Using a standard mixing table in which the mixing of the cement milk is determined according to each layer of the ground, a basic mixing for an average ground obtained by the weighted average of the layers of the ground is found, and all the filled amount of the cement milk obtained by the basic mixing is distributed to each layer of the ground using the cement milk filling rate of each soil quality in the standard mixing table. By filling each layer of the ground obtained by the distribution with the optimum amount of cement milk, a soil-cement body having a quality uniform in the depth direction is constructed.
