<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor resisting a force acting in the direction of drawing it from the ground. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anchor 100 includes: an anchor body 2 having a hollow lengthy shape and embedded in the ground so that one end portion is protruded out of the ground; and a locking member 5 for preventing the anchor body 2 from being drawn out of the ground. The locking member 5 includes: a first claw 51; a second claw 52; and a shaft 53 which becomes the center of rotation of the first claw 51 and the second claw 52 such that the chip portions of the first and second claws 51 and 52 are moved in mutually separating directions. When the rear ends of the first and second claws 51 and 52 of the locking member 5 are pressed within the anchor body 2, the end portions of the first and second claws 51 and 52 are moved in the mutually separating directions to protrude the first and second claws 51 and 52 out of the anchor body 2 through an opening 2a formed in a predetermined longitudinal position of the anchor body 2.
