<p>A video communication system, a device and a method based on feedback reference frames are provided. The method includes: S110, a video encoding terminal receives video frame information fed back from a video decoding terminal, determines a reference frame used for encoding the current video picture according to the said video frame information, encodes the said current video picture according to the determined reference frame, and transmits the coded video frame; S120, the said video decoding terminal decodes the received video frame, and feeds back the video frame information to the said video encoding terminal via the network according to the decoding result.</p> |
