PURPOSE: An offline small amount payment system using information of a mobile communication terminal and an offline small amount payment method thereof are provided to enable a payment server to perform small amount payment processing if the mobile communication terminal requests a small amount payment using pre-store payment information. CONSTITUTION: A payment server(4) is comprised as follows. An application presentation provider(41) provides an application to a user mobile communication terminal. A settlement application receiver(42) receives payment application information. A payment information decoder(43) extracts payment information of a user from payment application information. The payment information decoder decodes extracted payment information. |
