PURPOSE: An attendance and absence management system and a method using the same are provided to determine validity of a lecture ID based on student information extracted from a student card after school, thereby preventing illegal attendance through accurate attendance check. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) scans the barcode of a lecture card(10). The terminal controls entry and exit. A server(200) compares the student information of the terminal with a student list of a database(250). The server offers a validity decision result to the terminal. |
