PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide connecting structure capable of easily connecting a waveguide and a dielectric substrate, while being able to be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: The waveguide connecting structure includes: a first member which has a principal plane and is equipped with a primary waveguide terminal; a second member which is equipped with a secondary waveguide terminal and is arranged and provided on the principal plane of the first member so that the secondary waveguide terminal may be faced to the primary waveguide terminal; and a conductive bonding member which is arranged and provided between the first member and the second member and bonds the first member with the second member. When the first member and the second member are plan-viewed, there is further provided a damming member located between a first opening and a second opening, and the conductive bonding member.
