PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filled cylindrical vibration control device of new structure capable of securing both an arrangement space for a movable member and a space forming an orifice passage, and capable of simplifying the assembling of the movable member into the orifice member. SOLUTION: A housing space 76 for the movable member 70 is formed between radial directional overlapping surfaces of a fitting recessed part 42 which is formed to be opened at the peripheral surface of the orifice member 38, and a fitting cover 56 for covering the fitting recessed part 42 in a state of being fitted in the fitting recessed part 42. The fitting cover 56 is formed with a communication hole 68 for making an orifice passage 90 for a high frequency communicate with a first fluid chamber 36a through the fitting recessed part 42.
